A dynamic testimony to the art of Swiss watchmaking, this sporty watch from Mercedes-AMG is not only a reliable timekeeping instrument but also a genuine design statement that meets the most exacting standards.
Inside the watch is the Swiss Ronda 6004 quartz movement with a satellite seconds subdial. The character of the timepiece is strongly defined by the AMG design philosophy. The multi-piece case stands out with its layered construction, taut surfaces, and a tapered base, offering a fresh visual impression from every angle.
Its high-performance design is further emphasized by a high-sheen black ceramic bezel with fine red accents. The combination of titanium and stainless steel gives the case a premium weight while ensuring an optimum fit.
Through the protective sapphire glass, the eye is drawn to the sporty, clean dial with a distinctive 3D look. The dial features twelve hand-applied indices made from a blend of ceramic and Super-LumiNova® luminous material. These raised appliqués are charged with light, allowing the entire dial to glow in the dark. This technology, known as Globelight XP®, is patented in Switzerland.
A subtly glossy AMG logo completes the dial. The watch also features a rubber strap designed for maximum comfort, along with a folding clasp that allows the strap to run along the inside, eliminating the need for traditional strap loops.
